Dizi Cont carries out company registration , preparing all the necessary documents according to the Commercial Law in accordance with the legal form of the company , the subject of activity , the amount of share capital and the choice of managers and partners verification and retention of the company name.
At which address of the registered office and address for correspondence with the institutions will the company be registered?
When signing a contract for accounting services for 1 year, we provide free of charge a registered office address and a mailing address in the following cities: town of. Ruse , Sofia. You can also address provided by the owner of the shares.
Who pays the state fees for company registration?
We also offer this service but you can pay for them yourself. .
Who contributes the share capital of the company?
The capital of the company is deposited personally by the owners in a bank of your choice in a special account.
Who submits the documents for registration of the company is Commercial Register?
Documents may be submitted by the Company Manager in person or by an authorised solicitor with whom Dizzy Contt is working.
Who does the VAT registration and how much does it cost?
For clients who have signed a contract for accounting services for 1 year the service is free of charge. The registration period is 14 days.
